Jerry Wagar - President

As the president of Ochoa & Shehan Builders, Inc., Jerry is responsible for the development of each project from the beginning design stage to the completion and finalization through the City of Redding. He is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Shasta Builders Exchange and in addition, he serves on numerous committees dedicated to improving the quality of life in Shasta County. When it comes to the responsible growth of our community, you would be hard pressed to find someone who cares more than Jerry.

Tim Greenhood - Vice President

Tim has been a licensed general contractor since 1989. He owned and operated a residential framing company for 17 years in the Redding area before joining Ochoa & Shehan in 2006.

Tim is responsible for the construction activities of each project from the beginning of foundation to the time the customer moves in. He has been involved in land development and the construction of more than 2,000 homes.

Betty Wagar - General Manager

Betty has been an integral part of Ochoa & Shehan since 1992. She has helped us grow from a small company that built 18 homes a year at its peak to employing over 30 employees with 6 communities under development.  She is responsible for the warm and welcoming interior designs of our model homes. In addition to caring about the company, she also cares greatly about the Shasta County Community and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Shasta Women's Refuge.

James Guido - Project Manager

James has been part of our family since 1999. He has his general contractor's license and takes great pride in keeping your project on schedule and delivering a home that you can enjoy for years to come. Through his 9 years of working in the field, he has developed a high level of respect among the local construction community.

Coree Ellis - Office Manager

Coree has had a close relationship with Ochoa & Shehan Builders, Inc. for over 10 years and 'officially' joined the Ochoa & Shehan family in November of 2006. During the construction of your home you will work closely with Coree when selecting upgrades and scheduling walk-throughs. After moving into your new home, Coree is your contact person for follow-up. We know you will find her customer service to be prompt, thorough and heart-felt.

Ashley Wagar - Sales & Marketing Manager

When you choose to build a home with Ochoa & Shehan, Ashley will guide you through the selection process and familiarize you with the building timeline. She began doing sales and marketing work for Ochoa & Shehan as early as 1997. In 2005, she joined the team as the primary sales agent and has been doing the company's marketing and graphic design since then. In addition to working with Redding's first "green" builder, she is also actively working with Shasta College and the Shasta Builders Exchange on their grant advisory board for Green Construction and Alternative Energy.
